Some makeup lessons.

All throughout their childhood, most girls look forward to the day they are allowed to wear makeup and doll themselves up before going out. But sadly, as we grow older, looking our best seems to be the last thing on our minds before we rush out the door.
However, each time you see a well made up face at work or in a restaurant, the resolve to make an effort gets a little stronger. What could clinch the deal would be a few makeup lessons that can teach you to look your best before an exhausting day at work or during a relaxing holiday with your family. Find makeup lessons for women, to help you start your day more confidently and look your best.
How can makeup lessons help?
Most of us tend to take makeup advice from the shopping centre and even when you do shell out a ton for the best products out there, you realise later that these products do not have a lasting result on your skin. Makeup lessons can teach you what kind of products best suit your pallor and skin type. This allows you to shop better next time, so you can avoid investing in products that you don't need, or don't help.
You can highlight your best features, and camouflage wrinkles and acne spots with the right strokes, only after you've learnt to perfect them. It's quite a fine line between an overly done up appearance and one that highlights you better. A few lessons from a good make up artist can help you distinguish the difference.
Your appearance can give you the confidence you need at work and make you feel a million pounds for a night out with your friends. In fact, research has proven that most women tend to carry themselves better and improve their posture when they are more confident about their makeup.
Makeup lessons
Find a makeup artist who makes your makeup lessons as fun as possible, who encourages you to bring your friends and join as a group. Or, if you want to surprise your friends and colleagues with your new looks, take lessons individually.
Keeping these ideas is mind, look for a makeup artist who offers both personal and group lessons and a range of packages depending on the time you'd like to spend, and the number of looks you'd like to perfect.

Teen girls fashion

Any person thirty five years or older who has recently walked past a group of middle school or high school girls has probably seen more waist and hip skin than they ever imagined on a 12 year old, more cleavage than they thought possible on a 15 year old, and more belly buttons than a Beyonce' video. The trends and fashion statements that are "in style" with pre-teens and teens today would have earned women who are in their mid thirties a suspension from school for inappropriate dressing.
But it isn't the fashions themselves that have me frustrated. It is the fact that through wearing some of these items at such an early age, young girls are not learning what comfortable clothing feels like, they're not learning how to not feel objectified by their dress, and they're not learning how to present their individuality outside of these trends. My ten year old daughter taught me how cruel teen girl fashions have become.
Last year, in the beginning of my daughter's 5th grade school year, she was wearing the low waist jeans. I'd be in the kitchen cooking dinner and she'd sit down and do her homework. As I walked past, I'd notice more backside than waist was in full view. I'd tell her, "Pull your pants up. Nobody wants to see where the sun doesn't shine." The next day, she'd have on a different pair of jeans, she'd sit down and again, I'm seeing the top of her gluteus maximus where some fabric should have been. I didn't recall buying all these low waist pants. When we were in the department store it seemed that the pants covered her bottom, but now it seemed every time I walked by I was getting mooned. For the next couple of weeks, I must have sounded like the booty crack monitor because I was telling my daughter to pull up her pants like every five minutes. Finally, I became so angry I asked her where were her underpants. Defensively, she told me, "I have on underwear." Well, an argument ensued because if my pants fell below my waist you'd see cotton bloomers before you'd see my naked skin. Why weren't my daughter's undies protecting her?
My daughter and I went upstairs and talked and she showed me that she did indeed have on her underwear, but she'd begun to fold over the top of her underwear because she'd learned in school that you shouldn't let people see your underwear if you have on low rise pants. What was worse is that she'd kept wearing underwear that were too small to achieve the "look." How cruel is that? Without my knowledge my daughter was learning to sacrifice comfortable underwear for small ones for the sake of fashion. I couldn't understand it, and I knew too small underwear would be uncomfortable for me as well as wearing jeans that allowed my backside to be exposed at the slightest bend. Yet, whenever I would tell my daughter to pull up her jeans, she didn't seem embarrassed, or particularly bothered. It appeared that showing more flesh than desired was all a part of wearing the fashion and so it wasn't a "big deal."
As a youth program specialist, I get the opportunity to work with teen girls all across the country. Over the past five years, I've witnessed some shocking fashions but the one that disappoints me the most is the "too short skirt." The too short skirt is the skirt that looks like a small handkerchief is wrapped around the waist. The too short skirt is the skirt that the girl wears and has to put her notebook, purse, backpack or papers on her thighs so that we don't see her undergarments. How comfortable can it be to sit in a workshop and have to cover your thighs for an hour? How comfortable can it be to know that you can't bend over and pick up anything because your private area will be exposed? What if somebody dropped a million dollars in front of the girl in a too short skirt? She wouldn't even be able to become a millionaire without losing her dignity. The Too Short Skirt teen fashion trend is far too cruel.
The low waist jeans and the too short skirts are just two of the youth fashions that are being passed off as cool, but really aren't. The other really cruel teen fashion is the too short shorts. These are the gym shorts that people in their thirties used to wear with the drawstring tie in the front. Well, girls of today are turning over the tops of the shorts and pulling them up like a pair of stockings. Not only do these short shorts look ridiculous, they look impossibly uncomfortable. Yet, millions of girls are flipping down the waistbands of their shorts to look like the girl sitting next to them. Needless to say, the elastic waistband is really helpful for girls with larger bellies. The elastic band keeps the tummy in and makes the girl look slimmer. But, unfortunately, the girl who really wants to keep her elastic waistband in tact isn't doing so because she feels the pressure to fit in with all the girls who wear the turn down waist. It's cruel.
I never thought cruel fashions could impact a girl's self esteem, but so many girls are now suffering because they're wearing clothes that make them feel bad about how they look. Historically, youth fashion trends gave youth a definitive and creative voice. But for the life of me, I can't figure out what low waist, short skirts and short shorts are saying about our teen girls. Or maybe I refuse to hear what those fashion trends are saying because it's just too cruel.

Girls long hair style

Long hair styles usually work well with any hair type, be it straight, curly or wavy. However, it looks the best if the locks are medium-textured or thick. So it is better to skip the lengthy look if you have fine hair or a long and narrow face. Of course, the best hair styles of long hair are those that use limited preparation time. The multiple ponytails style is a very popular long hairstyle.
The multiple ponytails style consists of three base ponytails, but it is possible to have more ponytails if interested! Once the basic style of three ponytails is mastered, which normally takes ten minutes, you can improvise on it! If you plan on just having three ponytails, newly washed hair is great; but if you plan to add knots or braids, it's better to work with hair that is not so soft. The hair has to be brushed to remove knots and tangles. Then all the hair from the top of your crown has to be picked up and separated into three even sections. Some hair from the ears below has to be left loose to flow around your neck. Each ponytail then has to be smoothened into separate mini-ponytails, and secured with either a hair bungee or elastic hair band. Once the basic multi-pony look has been achieved, you could use different braided or knotted styles. You could create multiple ponytails where no hair is left to flow down your back. Another choice is to have all the different ponytails coiled up and pinned on top of the crown to get a beautiful up-do of braids. You could also braid the center of the multi ponytails and leave the side ponytails unbraided. Then you could pin jeweled hairpins at the top of each ponytail, or experiment with different color scrunches to cover the elastic bands.

How to attract a girl

How to look handsome.

How to look handsome? This is a question that every guy on this planet seems to have. At some point of our lives we start to be concerned about the way we look and a lot of us would like to know what we can do to improve our appearance and look handsome. Well, here are some things you definitely want to take in mind that will really help you improve your appearance if you apply them:
1. Be well kept and clean. This involves much more than showering everyday and removing bad breath (using mouthwash) and bad odors from your armpits (right deodorant), feet (right foot powder), and clothes. You also need to shave properly, use the right skincare products for your skin-type, use the right cologne but do not overdo it, select the appropriate shampoo and conditioner for your hair type and cut your hair according to what kind of face shape you have. This will help to create a nice image with the people around you.
2. Have a personal style. Good clothes can help bring out the best in you and they definitely help to make a good first impression. For this to be possible try to learn which kind of clothes and colors best fit your body type or complexion and go with your skin tone. Also try to learn how to mix and match colors and patterns to get a more appealing look. Get the help of one of your female friends or ask someone in the store you are in to assist you in selecting the right type of clothes for you.
3. Be self-confident. This is expressed through dominant, confident posture and walk, strong and secure eye contact, and through your smile. Remember that your body language is roughly a projection of all that is inside of you, your self-image and beliefs. So it is important you learn to see yourself as a man who is successful, who is of 'high status', who is confident and comfortable around anyone, and most important, that you learn to like yourself.

How to overcome nervousness.

Do you suffer from nerves or a feeling of constant anxiety? Do you fear an upcoming date or an important meeting? Does the idea of public speaking fill you with dread?
How do you overcome these nervous feelings?
Fortunately, a whole lot of research has been done in just this area and there's a number of strategies open to you when you're experiencing those jumpy feelings before an important or stressful event.
So here's some quick tips:
1. Come prepared
What is it that's bothering you about this event? If it's an upcoming date, prepare a list of subjects to talk about. If it's a presentation, make sure you do your homework. For an interview, find out as much as you can about your subject and compile a list of questions for the interviewer. If you come armed with these, you'll find you're instantly in a better, more confident place. Remember, knowledge is power!
2. Switch the focus
People who get nervousness tend to be inward-looking. They wonder what people will think about them, what will happen if they make a fool of themselves or that others will simply laugh at them.
A great trick is to turn the tables on your audience. If it's a date, talk about them, ask them lots of questions. And really listen to their answers. The same with a presentation - get volunteers to participate! If it's an interview, there's nothing wrong with asking plenty of questions to the interviewer - it will even make you look more interested in the position
Think outwardly!
3. Put things into perspective.
What's the worst that could happen? Who really cares if you fluff a line, or can't come up with the killer line or answer? It can be very easy to get wrapped up in your fears and insecurities and overblow the importance of an upcoming event.
Remember people don't analyse what other people are doing - they are often too preoccupied with themselves and thinking about their own problems!
So try to put your fears into perspective and don't make a mountain out of a molehill.
4. Take deep breaths
Breathing slowly from your abdomen can work wonders for many people. But it's important not to hyperventilate! The trick is to breathe SLOWLY! If you can, sit down and close your eyes whilst doing so and imagine a bright ball of light travelling up through your body, giving you a feeling a well-being as it rises up through you.
Deep breathing, when done correctly, can have a tremendously positive impact on the mind and body.
5. Think Positively
Instead of thinking of disastrous outcomes, try replacing them with amazing outcomes. Imagine people approaching you after your speech to congratulate you. Imagine your date being enraptured by you. Picture yourself laughing, smiling, acting confidently. And really FEEL HOW IT FEELS to act this way.
The more you practice the easier this becomes and your subconscious will actually make it a reality for you. If you dwell on a positive outcome then you'll be surprised how often your wishes come true.
Keep practising every day to change your mindset.
6. Just do it!
I once read a great book called, Feel the Fear and do it Anyway! It basically says that everyone gets nervous at various points in their lives. But the difference is that the people who are most successful, simply plough on in spite of their worries.
It's simply a question of disregarding your negative mind, saying 'I hear what you're saying, but I don't think you're steering me right'. By constantly exposing yourself to situations you normally avoid, you eventually become immune to them. Try it - it's scary at first but the effects can be astounding.
This article has focussed on anxiety in social situations. However if you feel that your anxiety is much more serious than simple nerves, then I strongly recommend that you visit your doctor for further advice.
